Our room, the walls, the bed were covered with these bugs. The staff did take care of us and upgraded our room without any problems. They were extremely sympathetic and helpful! Close to local attractions, staff upgraded our room without hesitation. The bugs outside, came home from dinner and our room was covered in the light drawing mosquito's. customer rating 5 out of 5 This hotel was perfect for our 3 day trip to Lego land! Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful. Lego land is literally within walking distance. Definitely planning on staying at this hotel every time we visit Legoland. Great staff, clean rooms, location to Lego land was ideal. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Upon checking in, they upgraded our room to two queen beds with fridge and microwave but the room was too noisy, loud humming sound. We had to change the room the second day. Overall nice quality hotel for a price I paid. We will stay here again. Walking distance from Legoland, nice quality for the money. The room we got first had loud noise from being near the "chiller", we had to switch to a lesser noisy room.
