When<BR/>I arrived, the room<BR/>I had booked was dirty! customer rating 5 out of 5 Everything was great. Our room's carpet had been cleaned that same day so the room smelled extra nice. The staff was friendly and there were employees with walkie-talkies walking around, which made me feel safe. Everyone was super friendly. Definitely Friendly staff, nice and clean lobby. Great, super clean room. Felt much better than 2 stars. Nothing. Everything was great. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Bed was comfortable. No refrigerator or microwave, come on.
