The pool wasn't clean and cold. The jacuzzi was filled in with dirt and a tree. The owners must just be doing enough to get by and that's it. Shouldn't be recommended to anyone. Distance to gardens. Cleanliness was awful. Needs a complete renovation. customer rating 4 out of 5 Must be a two star at best. Televisions were old, real old. Remotes hardly worked. There were like no staff, one poor lady at the front desk and if she was busy(which she was on my arrival) I had to wait a long time to be waited on. Not her fault, the hotel's. The hotel is very old and used and it is obvious. Location and accessibility. You rated it as a 3.5 stars, not even closed. Old, floors with paint drips, no plugs for the computer, wireless hardly worked. customer rating 1 out of 5 Do not stay here. Nice courtyard if yo stay toward the pool. Nice staff, but not very helpful. Not the best neighborhood.
