customer rating 2.4 out of 5 The hotel appeared to be nice outside but the rooms needed a lot more attention especially for the price and standards that we expect from best western. Hotel staff were friendly on the late shift and gave us extra pillows when asked. Cleanliness of room, price was too high for cleanliness. customer rating 4 out of 5 Check-in was a breeze, no problem. The room was large with microwave and fridge. It appeared that a lot of upgrading was going on as far as countertops and tub walls. Free breakfast was good and well displayed. All considered it met our need to rest and move on the next day.
