The price was too high for such a low quality room. The breakfast was really below par compared to other hotels that offer breakfast. Filthy carpet, inconvenient elevator, too few towels, icky bed covers. customer rating 4 out of 5 I was very pleased for what I paid. I would come back to it again. Loved the breakfast. No complaints. customer rating 1 out of 5 We initially liked this hotel as they were trying to update it by putting in new a/c units, painting outside and new pool. The staff was very pleasant. Our first night went just fine, however, the second night I got up to use the bathroom and discovered finger sized cockroaches running everywhere! I saw at least 15-20 of them scurrying around when I turned the light on. We wanted to pack our bags and leave immediately. I will never go back to this hotel knowing this. We are used to staying in Marriott hotels and this was a shock and a wake call not to use a 2 star hotel anymore. They are trying to update this older hotel, but all faucets need to be changed. 1st night went by without incident. 2nd night we wanted to leave at 2:00 a.m.!
