The staff was very friendly and helpful; I felt right at home my entire 6 day stay. The pool is outside in a large area with chairs and a mini bar. The length is great for doing laps and there is a separate area for kids. There is a Starbucks on site and convenience computer for internet. This is a really great hotel with restaurant and excellent pool and grand piano in lobby. The free internet in the lobby was down more than up and they charge for room access.
