The staff was rude, rooms were not as clean as they should be. Some outlets didn't work, hair dryer broken, shower handle broke off during shower and could not turn off water. Another room was not offered until we asked fo Proximity to destination. Not many places to eat at either. Probably good in warmer weather, because of the beach. Good directions to hotel. You could tell that it had been refurbished - no musty smell, new carpet and paint, very clean. The front desk staff was so courteous and friendly. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. There was fresh paint everywhere and new carpet in the room. My only complaint is that there is only one staircase in the middle of the building.
