We had a villa that was nicely decorated. It was not as clean as I would have liked. Basics were done, but carpet needed cleaning. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Hotel was great and staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Only bad thing about the entire trip, Housekeeping failed to show one day and we paid extra $10 a day for housekeeping. The price was excellent! Housekeeping was not on top of things. Paid $10 a day extra and did not receive one day at all. customer rating 5 out of 5 I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. It did not have hidden resorts fees and the front desk was absolutely friendly and nice. My husband has made this hotel his number 1 spot. This hotel was excellent. I loved almost everything about this hotel that I experienced. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family/friends. I was unable to use the Jacuzzi tub. I needed an overhaul.
