Were traveling with children and they loved the playgrounds and the pools. Nothing was too far of a walk, which was nice. The grounds were beautiful. The rooms were a nice layout and a good size- not enough hangers or drawers for cloths though. Wi-Fi was having problems while we were there which was annoying. Also didn't like having to use towel cards, was a pain if you didn't have them with you. My son likes to play soccer and the kids love to run, so we always hope for some green space when we stay at a hotel. We did find an area like this on a last day, which was nice. Didn't like that most activities by the pool cost money i.e. bingo. Overall we loved the hotel and would definitely consider returning. Kids loved the play grounds, nice rooms, fun pools, activities were all pretty close. Internet speed was very slow and sometimes didn't work, didn't like hours of pool closest to us of 10am -6pm, didn't like using towel cards. customer rating 5 out of 5 Wonderful rooms with two bedrooms and two baths. Easily could sleep four adults and 2 kids. Great pools and public areas. No fees to park. The pool was huge and they had three more on property. The grounds were very beautiful, with small lakes surrounding and in between buildings. They had hammocks and swinging seats around the lakes. They had small play areas for kids and a well stocked activity center. All in all a very fun, inviting place for family or couples. It was a resort and had a very large and inviting pool. A lot of cars in the parking lot. Had to park a good distance from my room at night.
