We had a small pool close to our room which was great but the ducks often took over the pool.The room was very nice and clean. The disadvantage to staying at this resort you have to pay extra for housekeeping. The desk staff are not as friendly when checking out. Overall, I would stay at this resort again. A great location, lots of activities for families to do together. The room was clean. It should be a bad thing because it signals that they are very clean, but the towels smelled a lot like chlorine. customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel room was huge. the only thingI didn't like was that the hotel in itself was just too big and the layout was a little confusing. the staff was very helpful and friendly and were happy to answer our questions without feeling rushed. You could buy tickets to events at hotel and staff was helpful. They tried to get us to go to a time share presentation.
