We thought that the room would be a bit nicer for the price of the hotel. All in all we would recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to an event at the Amway Center. Close to Amway center. Had to pay for valet parking even though the lot was ridiculously close to the hotel. customer rating 5 out of 5 Overall the hotel was very nice. I would definitely stay there again. It was in a convenient location. Restaurant was very good. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very comfortable. I booked a double room for the Champs Bowl and the rate was good, however, the hotel over booked and only had king rooms available upon arrival. Made it difficult for 3 adults since they had no cots available either, lu The location is close to perfect for a Downtown Orlando visit, felt very safe and friendly. The main objection was that I booked what I thought was a double room, but hotel was over booked and could only give me a king room upon arrival.
