The hotel is located in a great location, literally minutes from UCF and the interstate. You are in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and fun spots. The hotels rooms are not yet equipped with microwaves or refrigerators. You must request for a refrigerator and microwaves are accessible in the lobby or in the 6th Floor Lounge Exclusively accessible by Priority Club Members. There is a letter from the Manager stating all the upcoming capital improvements. The flat screen televisions are mentioned specifically, however, that have yet to be made available. The staff provides superior customer service. Great family hotel and great hotel for leisure stay with spouse or business trips. The breakfast buffet was superb! The treatment of Priority Club Members was the absolute best. The front desk clerk, Jennifer was phenomenal! I did not like the fact that there were no microwaves available in the rooms and the flat screen televisions are still not available customer rating 4.5 out of 5 For the price it was great. Friendly front desk. Headboard fell when we got into bed. Not bolted correctly in wall.
