The room was clean and new. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Great location. Would love to stay here again. The pool and gym facilities were outstanding. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing. customer rating 2 out of 5 Hotel Information stated that the Steak House was open until 10:30pm. I arrived about 10:05pm to be told that they close at 10pm. Very unhappy with that. Food at the restaurant was delicious - not the Steak Restaurant but the other Café. Room was hot! Cannot turn air down lower than 68 and 68 felt like 78 at night! customer rating 5 out of 5 We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is spacious and clean. A day at the theme parks can be exhausting. We appreciated each good night's rest in the comfortable hotel room. The pool area is very nice and opened late each day. There is also a lazy pool, water slide, and pool side food/drink service. Very clean and spacious rooms. Convenient and quiet location near theme parks and restaurants. Parking costs $13 per day. Can be challenging finding a parking space when returning to the hotel late night.
