Unfortunately, even though we checked in at 2:00 pm, they stated there were no king beds available. My husband is 6'3" and is not comfortable in a double bed. The updated lobby. Ratio of king beds available. customer rating 4 out of 5 Very nice; good location; just recommend requesting a different view from the room. Location; able to walk to downtown Disney in less than 5 minutes. The view from the room was air conditioners and the lobby was very crowded. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The room was clean, but the front desk and valet services lacked in any kind of friendly/helpful demeanor. The housekeeping staff was great. Our TV didn't work correctly and the maintenance personnel said we had to unplug and replying our TV for it to work properly. I would not recommend this hotel. Too many issues. It was very close to Disneyworld. The hotel was overbooked and understaffed. We paid for valet services, they never answered the phone and took long to bring our car.
