Breakfast was not included. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 We vacationed in Florida for two weeks. We stayed at lesser-stared hotels who provided us much more than Best Western. The amenities at BW were frugal and I saw workers responding to calls for more soap, toilet paper, etc. I found that the hotel was too short on its amenities. They charged for breakfast. Howard Johnsons rooms were nicely furnished, provided the stocked, needed amenities (additional toilet paper), and had a complimentary hot breakfast buffet. BW was an older hotel and I saw too many corners being cut for their profit margin. The receptionist (from Spain) was always welcoming. Low on soap, tissue, toilet paper, shampoo and cutbacks in costs. customer rating 4 out of 5 This hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant food was good. Great location with lots to do. It had 2 hot tubs. No continental breakfast.
