The hotel as a whole was clean and the beds comfortable. Had no problems and would stay there again. Location and value for your dollar plus complementary bus service to the Disney parks. Housekeeping could have done a better job with daily maintenance. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Wouldn't recommend. Bathroom had mold, tile missing from walls, no refrigerator, lack of and loose outlets in bathroom Location Dirty, lack of refrigerator, and poorly kept up. customer rating 4 out of 5 Outstanding front desk check-in. Able to deal with questions, repeat visitors who don't need the programmed 5 minute orientation. Unusual requests threw the staff. We needed a vase or container to hold a birthday gift of a bouquet of flowers. We eventually had to cancel the request because they didn't seem able to fulfill it. Very clean, welcoming facility if showing a small bit of wear. Location. Older room - no Working temp controls, lumpy bedding, mold in bathroom shower.
