Staff, accommodations were better than some higher end hotels. Nothing. customer rating 3 out of 5 The location is great for shopping and availability of nice restaurants. Our AC broke in one of the rooms and they repaired it right away but no rooms were available to us, so the repair was done while we were in the room. Staff was nice. AC broke and no other rooms available, service done while in room. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Except for bathtub (which was quickly resolved), we had a good stay here and would consider coming back to this hotel. Breakfast was better than expected. Room was comfy. Leaves filled the pool. Bathtub was not cleaned prior to arrival.
