Customer Reviews for The Westin Colonnade Coral Gables Miamicustomer rating 3 out of 5 The elevators were so slow that you have to wait 10 minutes to get one. My kids decided to walk the stairs because they were taking too long, which was scary because there were 8 dead floors with no exits. They thought we were on the 4th floor, but it turns out that we were up higher over the parking garage! We were all disappointed that the jacuzzi didn't work and the pool area was old and not as nice as it looks on the photos. The worst thing about our stay was that the valet charged us for the night and there was no other parking option available. Room service was not good either! I wouldn't recommend this place. Rooms were spacious. Jacuzzi did not work. Pool was not nice. Elevators very slow. customer rating 4 out of 5 Complimentary hot chocolate and water. Fee for Internet. customer rating 2 out of 5 Hotel appeared nice and clean well decorated but the staff as they were friendly did not seem to understand English, consequently could not get a room close to the elevator, he put me in the farthest room at the end of the hall. No one seem to understand English, I asked for room close to elevator, broken toe, gave me room at the farthest end of hall.
