Bathrooms are nice, but modern and don't offer much privacy. Keep in mind when traveling with kids. customer rating 4 out of 5 The hotel has a nice mid range modern luxury aesthetic. It is in a towering mirrored skyscraper but doesn't intimidate. The staff were professional and actually some of the best service I have experienced in Miami. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. The pool on the 14th floor looks up to the remaining 30 floors of the building. It is a stunning view. Although the location wasn't the best for me, I would stay here again. Beautiful, modern, comfortable, friendly staff, skyscraper, and immaculate. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the location. I also would have preferred the pool water be salt water like other spa hotels in Mi. customer rating 5 out of 5 Exciting decor with very friendly staff. Try to get a room with a balcony. We stayed before and after a cruise. The first room had no balcony and the bathroom shower very strangely had no door. The water from the shower just went into a drain in the floor. But the balcony room was amazing. Even had a shower door. LOL. Also a bidet. And the body lotions, shampoos, etc. were Bulgari green tea. An amazing hotel for the price we paid! We highly recommend it! Great staff. Gorgeous room with huge balcony. Restaurant had strange dinner entrées. Breakfast just fair. And not cheap.
