Too heavy doors in the room. At any time, early in the morning and late at night we could hear the banging of the doors around our room...awful! customer rating 4 out of 5 Overall the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We stayed in the rooms that had kitchenette which was very useful and made the room spacious. The standard room is very small and a bit dingy, but we asked for the room to be upgraded and the staff Clean rooms, good value for money and good location if you don't want the Craziness of South Beach.
