All staff from front desk to restaurant to cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Be aware - no elevators. One must carry own bags up stairs to 2nd floor. Great location for shopping in Kendall/Coral Gabes/Homestead area. Spent one evening at Walmart/Best Buy/Bloomingdales, etc. shopping. Free coffee all day in the lobby- Pool and sundeck excellent. Anna at the Front Desk wonderful. Tranquil Oasis in hectic Miami. No cappuccino for breakfast.
