We left a phone charger behind at check out- it was impossible to get a return call until the housekeeping manager was finally told. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Generally, a nice property, with good room size and well equipped bathrooms but it lacks lobby excitement and a feeling of "the place to be". Friendly efficient staff. The lobby area in front of the reception desks is bare and useless. It is often used as a casual storage and service area for hotel staff and work. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Bedding was nice. Parking was not great & can get expensive.
