No express check out. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The room was clean and generally everything in working order. However, it seems that the front office issued another key to someone for our room because around midnight a person opened our door. If we hadn't had the secondary lock in place, the person would have been in our room. We didn't feel very secure after that happened. If we hadn't been dog tired and it being late, we probably wouldn't have been able to sleep. It was clean and convenient. Did not feel the securest as someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night. customer rating 1.5 out of 5
We knew going in this wasn't going to be the hottest place in Miami. We were hoping to be pleasantly surprised, yet we weren't. The beds were uncomfortable and felt cheap, the room was tiny despite its mini-kitchen. There was no one at the lobby, (it was locked up) when we arrived late in the evening, (had to use a phone outside to reach someone), however, the person who came to help was very nice and accommodating. It just felt very cheap and a bit grimy. It really only felt that way, the room was clean and well kept when we arrived. Not a place I would happily return to if I traveled to Miami again. Very near to Walmart, restaurants, and other necessities and it was clean when we arrived. Small, not best location, just felt like a really cheap motel, rooms only made up once per week.
