The lady at the front desk was AMAZING. When we arrived early for check-in, she gave us restaurant recommendations to kill time, (which resulted in some free tapas when we said he'd sent us). When we returned and our room wasn't ready, he personally saw to it that one was prepared for us immediately. He was quick to get us coffee and extra towels, and was ready with beach and attraction recommendations upon check-out. Though it seemed at times that other customers were trying their best to make her life difficult, he met us with friendliness and professionalism time after time. Wonderful. Rudy, the front desk manager, was outstanding. Location is not great, with road construction making traffic difficult. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 The hotel was nice but aged. They still have smoking rooms so I got stuck with one which was horrible! I'm not a smoker and it made everything I had in my suitcase smell like smoke. Priceline should specify between the rooms when reservations are made. The staff was very friendly. Strip mall nearby with good food. I had a smoking room which was not specified in the reservation and they couldn't switch it. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Would not like to stay there again. Not one thing. Room carpet had dirt spots.
