Tear out the carpet, replace the comforters, and invest in a decent-sized flat screen TV and the rooms would be much more inviting. But nothing was noticeably dirty or smelly, it was satisfactory. No amenities except for a vending machine, but you could always pack some snacks or save leftovers for another meal. There is a full size fridge in each room. Convenient location to Brickell bars and restaurants. Ample parking. Full kitchenette.
