It was difficult to get to if you did not know the area, GPS could not get us there. We could see it just couldn't get there. Did not like having to. customer rating 5 out of 5 Very nice hotel. Loved the happy hour, breakfast. Especially enjoyed the staff.....Gladys from the bar, she made a little bag of treats for my daughters which made them feel so special. We stayed at the hotel at the start and end of our stay and both nights she was friendly and warm. Also, we enjoyed Raquel from the restaurant, she also made a point of speaking to us on both occasions. They did not have crayons for the kids to use so she made sure we had pens. Small things like that make life easier for me as a parent. Both ladies were professional and are an asset to this hotel! Their customer service and attitude would make me return. Please let them know we appreciate how they treated our family!
