The customer service is horrible, the service desk employees just completely ignore you until it's convenient for them to acknowledge you are there. The hotel seems to have problems constantly with the internet. We had to wait about 45 minutes to do our check in because their internet was down. I also had to wait about 30 minutes to do our check out because their system was down. I would definitely look for another hotel on our next trip to Miami, even if we have to pay more. Location to airport. Customer service is terrible, the worst I have ever seen. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Hotel is old. It doesn't fit the image of Comfort Suites we've been to from other states/places. We were in the room for only 2hours but we already received about 10 pizza fliers, it's annoying & it's not safe allowing those people to be inside the hotel slipping fliers under each door. Nothing. I had to stay here, had to find a place close to airport with airport shuttle tried the usual bidding via price line and could not find anything decent for less price, so I got this place the other way and it was not a 2star level hotel....I have stayed at 1star hotels that were cleaner.....the only reason I got this place was due to their 24 hour shuttle to airport,...but otherwise this place was horrible...the staff were nice.....but place needs major upgrading/cleaning. 24 hr airport shuttle....that is it! Do not stay here if you can help unless you're stuck.
