I called to make a change in reservation. I was told if a room was available he would be more than happy to give it to me. I arrived and there was room. I checked in under the assumption of the 5 nights agreed upon. I received a call the second day saying I needed to check out...there was no longer available room. He refused any kind of negotiation for the already paid room. So I paid a huge sum for 2 nights in a dump with no room service. Nothing. I won't be back. The manager is a lying, conniving jerk. customer rating 1 out of 5 Could have been worse, but not by much. Not much! WiFi was unreliable. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 More like a 1/2 star. Location. Fan in bathroom, noisy gas blower outside the room in the AM, dirty tub, bugs.
