No hair conditioner, just shampoo, the continental breakfast was bare, no butter or cream cheese for the toast and bagels. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 The staff responded to request of towels, orange juice, cereal and apple juice as " I don't know if we have that, let me check and see." That response should be sure we have more in the back, let me go and bring more out. Actually we shouldn't have to ask for the breakfast items to be replenished or for the tables to be cleaned or for napkins to be put out. The manager was very friendly and worked well with me. The staff was terrible. No clean towels available & breakfast items not replenished in a timely manner.
