The hotel was nice, but the whole check-in process was less than desirable! I did receive 2 free drink tickets for my inconvenience though! I liked the atmosphere of this hotel. The suites were nice, great location of ocean across the hotel. It is quite a distance from downtown though. My room wasn't ready until 5:00!
