The staff was rude and manipulated my check in time and check out time since I asked for a refund. I have proof of that due the check in time at the hotel I went to and stayed. If you care at all about cleanliness and not getting filth disease you will not want to stay at this hotel. I should have known something was bad by the unprofessional look of the front desk clerk. Then they did not have mapquest on their computer. Nothing. Rude, dirty, liars, nasty, filthy, fasces (waste on walls and furniture), stinks. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Location next to I-75. Smelled like smoke. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Do not stay at this hotel. We were awaken by numerous rats chewing on our luggage looking for food. Rat droppings in the sink and all over the room. Hotel refused to refund or knowledge the rat problem. Nothing. Hotel infested with rats.
