Had no hot water to take a shower on the second day.Their only response was that he would inform maintenance.Elevators worked only part of the time.I was on the 5th floor. Nice pillows. Did not give me the things I thought I was to get, like a fridge & microwave customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Worst room ever, dirty and smelled of smoke. The clerk on the 12 am to 8 am was nice and helpful to everyone. The room that was suppose to be non-smoking raked of smoke! customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Lots of college aged travelers. Had to fight with front desk to get a room change because there was a frat party on my original floor. Room once reassigned was quiet and pleasant. Partner got food poisoning from breakfast buffet.
