The gates need to be locked and room key used to enter. The front desk staff was very nice and gave us upgrades. The restaurant service was horrible the waitress never waited our table only the manager when she had time. customer rating 5 out of 5 Great location, walk to the beach, walk to restaurants and shops. No need to drive. Friendly staff, clean, and fun. Clean, great pool, great service, and fun atmosphere. Some of the bar staff could of used a little Northern Service training! A server at outdoor bar in the evening rushing us to pay our bill so she could leave by 10. We are on vacation and you are in other than those specifically mentioned the tourism business. Enough said. The entire bar staff and servers in restaurant were excellent and very helpful. Lastly, on our last night at the hotel we ate at your restaurant and brought a glass of red wine and coffee pot back to our room. My daughter and I decided to take a stroll to the beach roughly at 10:45 pm. As we were about to walk down the stairs, she realized she was carrying her wine glass and with no safe place to put it. She set down next to garbage can so that housekeeping with see it. As we proceeded to walk down the stairs, the night clerk. The serenity of the Harbor, location, secure. Nothing.
