Convenient and clean. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The hotel was everything we needed for a night-over before our cruise -- clean, quiet, close enough to the airport at FLL and the Port Everglades terminal --- it would have been hundreds of times better if it had shuttle service!! We had to pay a taxi $38 plus tip to go the 6 miles from the airport, and then figure out the weird entrance to the hotel. Not OK. The hotel itself was fine, but they really need to incorporate a shuttle to be at this level of star rating. Front desk staff was very attentive and friendly. A bit hard for taxi to find due to complex entrance/Cheetah Club next door. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Though this was rated as 2-star, it was nicer than some of the 3-star we've stayed at.
