No TV info in the room - had no idea of what channel my shows were on. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Nothing. Removed linens and had no replacements until the linens they removed were washed. Could not shower until linens were replaced. customer rating 3 out of 5 The bedspread was blood stained. I asked for a clean one. When I asked a 2nd time, a staff member came by the room to get the bedspread to wash. He said they do not have extra bedspreads for the rooms. My husband was having brain surgery, so I was very concerned about the cleanliness of the bed. Staff was very friendly. The rooms could use freshening up. The decor is dull.
