Breakfast. customer rating 3 out of 5 The hotel was nice, carpet needs cleaning in common areas and there was hair in the breakfast bacon. The sheets where dingy gray should have been white and the beds had not been changed. We arrived late from a 7 hour drive and realized they did it. Very disappointed with Best Western for being a dirty rat hotel. In the past I have bid stayed at nice Marriott hotel and had a great experience. It was in convenient location to stop while traveling to destination. They put us in the rear end of hotel and did not change the sheets the quality of the sheets were unacceptable they did it due to low rate.
