The room was clean and comfortable. The location on a busy semi-urban highway was a limiting factor but that hotel itself was fine for the price. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The front desk clerk was not at all helpful when it came to upholding advertisement. On Priceline when I booked the hotel it stated that airport shuttle was free. The young lady at the front desk insisted it wasn't and was not going to honor it. I spoke with a gentleman later that day after she had left and he also had to check with someone and give me a call in which I had to remind him to check with someone above him. Needless to say i received the free shuttle but they should have been familiar with their advertisement. It was okay for just an overnight stay in-between travel destinations.
