Customer Reviews for Best Western Ft Lauderdale Airport/cruise Port Fort Lauderdalecustomer rating 3 out of 5 Even thoughthey knewwe would not be able to board cruise ship until 1:30, made us leave at 11:00. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Hotel was in convenient location, but only restaurants within walking distance were pizza and a bar. Other restaurants were a bit of a drive. Hotel did have a restaurant at a sister hotel, and a free shuttle took us there. Food was okay. Service was great The location was nice, refrigerator and microwave in room was convenient, beds were comfortable. Thermostat in room did not seem to work, comforters on beds were lumpy.. customer rating 5 out of 5 My husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise and we were very happy with the hotel and the shuttles were awesome. It made things a lot easier. The room was very clean. The hotel had a good shuttle service to and from the airport and also to and from the cruise port. nice hotel very clean Not much to do nearby..
