The food in the sports bar was fair. customer rating 5 out of 5 Friendly staff, helpful directions, clean room, close parking facility,luxury atmosphere,relaxing,comfortable mattress,clean elevators . Beautiful view of ocean and roomy plaza accommodations to beach. There was nothing I didn't like. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Hotel was excellent with the exception of the hot water in the shower, we questioned them at the front desk upon check out and was told because we were on the fifteenth floor and that possibly because of a lack of water usage. However the water took a very long time to get hot on both occasions of trying to take a shower. One time was late in the evening on Sunday night and the other was about 7:00 am on Monday morning. It was still a very pleasant stay and I would book it again because I believe the hotel will address the water problem and take care of it. Location was excellent. It took about 15 minutes before the water in the shower was hot!
