We had to wait almost 2 hours for our room to be ready after the 4:00 check-in. They did nothing to accommodate us for the wait and were not very apologetic. Our room was great and perfect for our family. The hotel was very nice and the beach access was great! The pool deck was very small and not enough seating. Spring breakers were loud in the next room. customer rating 2 out of 5 Hotel seemed like it should of been a motel 6!! Not a Hilton!! Location on beach.
