Customer service was non-existent. The police were there escorting a customer out when we woke up. The facilities were not clean. We did not receive towels, even after asking three times. Breakfast food was gone and not replenished. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 The overall experience. You would turn on the shower and it would be hot for 2 minutes then it would be cold. They only gave u hand towels to dry up with. The hot tub wasn't hot. It was dirty everywhere. They didn't change the sheets. I would not recommend going there. The nicest thing there was the swimming pool. The shower didn't work wasn't any towels it was dirty manager wasn't very nice.
