Next to a stripper club and one guest complained of bed bugs when I was leaving in the AM. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 The room was dirty, floor was sticky, when the kids went to use bathroom there was a roach in there. I paid extra to get what I wanted and didn't get it. when I asked for my money back they said I could not, will never stay there again. Did not get what I paid for.. customer rating 2 out of 5 The staff was helpful and friendly, and it was a short cab ride to the airport, but the room was shabby, phone did not work and the plastic cups had holes in them which spilled drinks on me and on the furniture. The front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Shabby towels, smell of smoke and unworking phone.
