Wonderful staff, adequate exercise facility, free breakfast, nice pool, pet friendly. Outdated, the king " suite" is not whatI would call a suite. customer rating 4 out of 5 The hotel was convenient for the couple nights we stayed. No weirdos and it's was OK as far as distance to beach bars and restaurants. LOVED the courteous staff. also loved how I booked my room via phone upon arrival to the state and my reservation was accepted in five mins. NA customer rating 5 out of 5 It was a pleasant stay for us. We had two teenage children and one child under 10. The room was big enough and accommodated all our needs. Room was clean and had all working amenities! We had a great time in Jacksonville and on the beach. Great spacious room for the money close to beach and very friendly staff. Felt safe in and out of hotel. Elevator quiet working on second day of trip, but was fixed quickly. Still rumbled a little and was very slow. Just scary!
