Instead I got this which is a 2 1/2 star. Don't know why it's a 2 1/2 star hotel when the one next to it is a 2 star and yet costs a lot more. Won't name my price for West Haven again, afraid I'll get stuck with this one again. Close to our kids. Too close to highway, not that friendly and needs work done on it. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Room was clean and comfortable. Nice TV, fridge & microwave. Breakfast buffet average, but decent selection (bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages, juice, coffee). Pool was closed for repairs, which disappointed me, but staff was apologetic and it was being worked on while I was there, so obviously it was being fixed. Room was dark & quiet. Pool was closed for repairs - that's specifically why I picked that star level, for a pool. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Hotel was being renovated and there was no signs posted. We returned at midnight to find our room not cleaned, and when we asked for linens none was available so after waiting for half hour to forty five minutes for the attendant to find linen, he finally just gave us another room, which was great. Overall it was okay for the price, great location, very quiet despite the renovation, rooms were clean. Quiet. Needs to upgrade the furniture.
