Despite the location being convenient, we were disappointed with the room. my boyfriend is 6 ft tall and had to get on his knees to rinse his hair in the shower. I'm 5 ft 3 and could barely use it standing myself. the pillows had stains on them, the spare pillow in the closet had someones hair on it, there was some sort of weird film in the toilet water, and the worst of all was that we had to sleep on top of the blankets because there was crusty spots all over the underside, which I'm assuming is from them reusing the sheet instead of simply cleaning them. i will be very careful to use this again. Simple, no expectations. Room was what I thought it would be. no issues. Heater made a very loud noise...but still worked.
