They have spent money on very large TV's in the room. The pool is small and can seem crowded when filled with young children and their parents. The pool towels were folded, but were still wet. Its proximity to the Mystic Aquarium. In need of a makeover. Priceline gives us the right budget for this quality. customer rating 4 out of 5 The hotel gave us a complimentary buffet breakfast for the inconvenience of our check-in and the breakfast was awful. The buffet was not clean or stocked up. The service was terribly slow, I would never eat there again! The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. We tried checking in to our room twice to find it had not been prepared for us, it was still dirty.
