The evening desk worker had no personality and assigned me to a room that was not what I had requested. customer rating 4 out of 5 Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok. Staff was cordial and helpful. Quiet and the breakfast was good. Bed was very uncomfortable. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I found a big alive bug on the pillow before sleeping and found another dead one after carefully inspect, but it was not the end of our nightmare. My wife caught the third one when she was bitten by it before dawn and we got up very earlier that morning. Nothing. Very dirty and I found three big bugs on the bed.
