Customer service was bad, does not meet 2 star level, rooms are small. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The hotel is under construction on one side. The staff is pleasant but has limited English. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, free WiFi no stupid passwords or Internet fees to access it. TVs are outdated, but work. Bathroom is OK but has some mold. The hotel convenient to the highway, less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart, 5 minutes from Walgreens and close to gas. The room is ambient. The hotel bathroom had mold. customer rating 5 out of 5 This hotel although close to a main road it was quiet. Very clean, large and comfortable. Great view of the sleepy giant from our window. The staff was pleasant,helpful and accommodating. Ease to highways, shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful, the room was large, the bed was very comfortable.
