This was unexpected, and caused a small glitch in my travels. I had other funds available, but the last thing I wanted to do was be on the phone with my bank while my vacation was winding down. It basically left a black mark on an otherwise great experience for myself and my family. It was clean. Having my card charged for three days, which led to other interruptions in my travels. customer rating 4 out of 5 I felt the Bethel, CT Best Western was an overall good experience.
