Great views of the pikes peak from our rooms. Very helpful staff who was able to accommodate our requests for ground floor rooms as we were traveling with my aged parents. Would definitely stay here again if i am in the vicinity. Great location and view of the Pike's peak from our rooms, quiet, a nice laid back and homely feel to the motel. Maybe its just in the off season, but the breakfast was just danishes and coffee. Not a big deal if you plan to anyways have breakfast somewhere else.
